Master Jeff began his Taekwondo journey at age 14 in Upstate New York, following a pivotal moment in his youth that led his father to guide him toward martial arts. Under the mentorship of Grandmaster Sang Lee—later the U.S. Olympic Head Coach in 1988—Master Jeff quickly developed a deep passion for the art.

After college, he resumed training at Kim’s KTA, where he began a long-standing friendship with Grandmaster Carlo. He earned his 7th Dan under Grandmaster Sang Lee and now serves on the executive board of the U.S. Taekwondo Center (USTC).

A decorated competitor, Master Jeff has earned multiple national and international titles and represented the U.S. at the World Championships in Korea. Now a key member of Pure Taekwondo, he continues his lifelong pursuit of excellence in martial arts.
