Leave of Absence and Vacation Roll Over Policy

At Pure Taekwondo, we understand that members may need time away for vacations or personal reasons. To accommodate these situations while ensuring the continuity of our programs, we have established a clear policy to handle absences and preserve membership value.

Policy Details:
Members who need to take a break from classes, whether for vacations or extended absences, are required to notify us in advance and continue making payments for the months they are away. These payments will be credited to future membership upon their return.

  • Short-Term Absences (2 Weeks or Less):
Pure Taekwondo does not prorate for short-term absences lasting two weeks or less. Members are encouraged to attend additional classes to make up for any missed sessions. For questions or concerns, please contact us at puretaekwondo@gmail.com.

  • Longer-Term Absences (Over 2 Weeks):
For extended absences, the following guidelines apply:

    • Payments for the months of absence will be credited to future membership upon return.

    • Example 1 (Month-to-Month Membership): If a member is away for November and December, these payments will be applied to January and February upon their return.

    • Example 2 (Advanced Payments): If a member has prepaid for November and December but is away, the renewal date will be extended by the corresponding period.

If an absence is expected to last more than 120 days, members are required to provide a 30-day notice to cancel their membership. This helps us manage class schedules and ensures a smooth process for all.

By adhering to this policy, members can maintain their active status and return to training without interruption. Any questions can best sent to to us by email to puretaekwondo@gmail.com.
